At ChristaBoost, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and straightforward return and refund process.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation may not be eligible for a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@christaboost.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damage and your order number so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be marked as final sale or non-returnable. These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at support@christaboost.shop. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and the standard return process will apply.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
